[outdated] King of the Forest (Crit version)
Why don't u took the Path of the Warrior next to the life nodes in the Scion part of the tree?
And why didn't u took the Vitality Void node next to the life nodes near Iron Reflexes. Last edited by DFJRodrigues#0855 on May 1, 2017, 12:07:46 PM

Hey, I feel like My character does not have enough life leech to really sustain the higher tier maps. I was wondering if that is because I've done something wrong or I am missing something? I've taken the passive nodes for life and mana leech so far, but it just doesn't seem to be enough.

1.2 million views and over 300 pages. Wow.
Guys I've been pretty inactive over the last few weeks and won't be around much until there are more concrete news about beta launch and such. I want to thank all the guys helping others with questions here. If your question is unanswered, please check the FAQ again, I think I've covered most of them there. The damage over time changes for 3.0.0 mean that this build will need a drastic rework. While the Lightning Arrow / AoE clear shouldn't be affected much, if at all, getting a nice single target DPS will need some modifications, but as of now I am confident that this build will survive. After reading the manifestos I get the feeling that our damage roughly gets cut in half by these changes, but maybe with new items/passives we can gain back some of it. It'll be fun to remake the build and discuss the most optimal build with you guys. And also the removal of poison/bleed immunity will help vs hyrda :D RIP King of the Forest view-thread/1738625

hey cmphx first of all nice build, I've had a lot of fun with it in breach and even standard during legacy.
Thanks for posting earlier, and I'm glad to hear from you that this build will survive with some changes. I really appreciate you keeping this build updated and really looking forward to changes in 3.0.0! Hopefully rip double dipping won't mean its the end for this build and it stays a decent build if not batshit insane :D Looking forward to your updates and 3.0.0 I make build guides for fun.

" i sure hope they dont kill this build, i honestly seem to be having "fun" for maybe the first time in end game content, when i was just running with WED and Phys to lightning with no benefit from poison build up, everything was so laborous, but this changed everything. and i only switched to this about 2+weeks ago and now it is about to get whacked. and that is frustrating. Hi
I just started this build, atm lvl 58 everything's going smooth. I have a question, why do we use snakebites? is it for the poison? cuz if i'm not wrong it only poisons while at maximum frenzy charges? and we have no frenzy charge generator except frenzy skill. isnt it useless since we get poison against bleeding enemies with ascendancy? what am I missing here, im confused :/ thanks ! |

" Blood rage gives us frenzy charges on normal map. And frenzy for boss fights. |

So I finally got my first jewel slot, what are the opinions on Volley Fire? I still don't have much for jewels, and it sounds like it would be pretty dope for boss smashing, but last time I used it was for leveling with Roth's Reach, I just don't know if it holds up against other quest reward jewels.

Hello.
I'm currently missing the following, and I am wondering what I should buy first: Dying sun +1 drillneck 6L QOF and 6L Opus Enchants on devoto's and snakebite I have around 500c worth of currency to spend. I must be underestimating Dying Sun, because 400c seems like a bit too much when I could get a 6L for that amount. |

" oh, yeah didn't see we use bloodrage. lvl 81 now, clear seems good but single target and survivability seems pretty meh, i'm still low on hp (4.1k) maybe that's why. |
