[Not a Bug] Cospri's Malice Failing to Leech

GGG with all due respect to your hard work and great game, can we get some official statement here, either somebody is investigating the issue, trying to reproduce or fix it?
If we're not getting any fix or it is "by design" then I think we would all appreciate to know, we can still re-roll to other builds since it hasn't been two weeks from the launch. |

Would really like some insight on this issue from GGG.
Is this working as intended or is it a bug? As many people before have said and even recorded exams, leeching off white mobs has been alright. The problem is with certain unique bosses or even rare mobs where leech starts to fall off drastically. I have tried both warlords and leech gem, neither work. Please. At least give some response. |
