[Not a Bug] Cospri's Malice Failing to Leech

I tested it again and indeed it seems to leech like 10ES per Discharge.
I then tested if it works different when i put it in a normal CoC Setup and indeed it did not leech more. I guess Discharge is just Trashtier and i´ll just go back to TankyTwirl, Phys Damage still best damage. Current Builds:

Can anyone confirm if this is also affecting LL (Ghost Reaver + Vaal Pact) on Mjolner?

" there is a bug still and the issue have not been resolved at all, reason being is that when immortal call triggers your not able to leech back at all and seen from the first page of post there is a GIF of a player not being able to leech when his immortal call triggers. hence the bug is still there and its not working as intentional and i think its more about GGG not making copy of characters that doesnt have immortal call or not testing the trigger of immortal call making you not being able to not leech at all. so i think this should be brought to GGGs attention before my lvl 94 EHC cospris discharger dies to this bug xd

" Not without a new bug report about it. At least I hope not, anyway - no point in them wasting their time. Have a look at the How to Post Bug Reports thread, and make a bug report following those guidelines. You can post it in this thread if you like since it's the same issue. If you can report the bug properly, especially if it is easy to reliably reproduce the bug, then maybe it would be worth someone having another look at it. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Just had a problem with discharge not leeching anything with Cospri's Malice (Discharge, Inc. AoE, Life Leech), Ghost Reaver and Vaal Pact at the Drought-Maddened Rhoa boss from Arid Lake map.
My ES bar didn't move a single pixel upwards while I pulled of several discharges. ES only regenerated if I were not hit for a short amount of time (triggering ES recharge). I made a video of it and analyzed it ... I actually DID leech. But I leeched about 5 or 10 ES (probably 5 and I hit several discharges at the same time frame) per hit ... which is NOTHING. Well, the Rhoa was enraged (all 3 nests) ... but how much ele resist does he have if I only leech back 5 or 10 ES (lvl 17 Discharge at the time)? |

A level 17 Discharge only deals 24-454 Damage per Power Charge (239 average), and you're getting 1-2 Charges for each explosion. 239 or 478 base Damage. You have no Damage supports whatsoever, and by default your characters are hidden. Let's give it a good 150% Increased Damage..
239 * 2.5 = 597 Damage with one Charge * 2 = 1195 with two Charges By default, the Rhoa has 30% Resist. Let's say each Enrage adds.. 10% Resists? Not even a whole lot, but it totals 60% Resist which really blows if you don't have Pen. 597 * 0.4 = 238 1195 * 0.4 = 478 2% Leech: 238 * 0.02 = 4 ES Leeched 478 * 0.02 = 9 ES Leeched (Crits would Leech an unspecified amount more, based on Crit Mult) Cospri's Malice has real bad single-target Damage. Yesterday I could not leech from the Excavation map bosses. This is with a Blade Vortex character that has Warlord's Mark on Blasphemy. Mana leech works properly. I don't have Cospri's Malice though.
