This is why you implement Test Driven Design... Assuming this was only caught once you had massive numbers of people connecting - which means the signs were there when you were testing... But because you didn't have enough to throw a warning on your servers, you didn't catch it. Had you written a test that caught "When a single login increases memory by more than X, flag test to fail" then you would have caught this before...

while people are going to get at least an HOUR of advantage... if not more... especially in a new league, where first to end game have a HUGE economic advantage... this blows..

Hate this, i was ingame with about 2K people before me now, i disconnected and got it to 17K and it didnt update nor tell me for sure if i would be really connected, then i relogged again and got it at 37K and now its up to 54K i just retryed and it says 58K this sucks ass i just wanted to play, you guys should buy more server capacity, PoE has about 20K/More viewers at Twitch.tv now, at the home page its in the top 10 now.

This really should cause the league to be started over.

Additionally, we really should get the patches out a few days before a league start, or at least 1 day maybe in a temp league (aka race). I love you guys, big supporter, but this hurts.
