Why does he have only 7.8k armour while the gear already provides ~6k flat armour? Does anyone have an updated defensive stat for this charater?

Also, can someone explain how can this build be "quite tanky" with 5.7k life and not-so-high armour? Looks like it's in one-shot range for a lot of bosses for me.

well first of all you are not facetanking since the totems are doing the job so tanky stats will be even better for you then builds that has to go into melee vs bosses

This build cant tank big hits, its written in the guide, but u have very good mobility because of totems and high movement speed, and u have warcries what is basicly a health and mana flask what u can use every 2 sec. That means sustain. And who has 7.8k armor? My armor without flasks 18k, with warcry and flask i have almost 30k armor. What is hard content with this build, is uber atziri (because u cant apply bleed on her) shaper who has his unique attacks and hydra was quite hard for me.But if u have so much experience with this build like gornodd, u can do them without death.

Thanks there for thr explanation. The 7.8k was from thr def stat photo he put in the guide. Just wondering if I have missed something.
I really like how gornodd created this guide for the smooth progression in gear throughout different stages in the league. I would definitely give it a try in later patches coming next month.
Hello!

I am really interested in this build but what makes this better over the unarmed version of ancestrall warchief? Would i be similar strength with the 100 chaos version or would the unarmed version carry more DPS?

Thanks in advance!

i would say that this one is in a sence cheaper since you need really good add physical damage gear on every slot to make use of the facebreakers like good steel rings etc since this one scales more on the weapon then the gear by itself it becomes cheaper but ofcourse you can take it really far and expensive loot with this one aswell
thoughts on abyssal cry over rallying cry ?

what do you guys think, im kinda not so well informed on how war cries affect stuff, i just use endurance cry for the charges but idk about rallying

Enduring cry for the Endurance charges and life reg you get from it, and rallying cry for increase damage and mana regen to cap out from the berserker passives

Hello gusy, first wanted to say thanks for the amazing guide. I haven't played it yet but it seems pretty solid.

I have no experience with berserker builds (not even with "melee" builds) and was wondering how could I adapt this build for hardcore. Would it be worth to skip some damage and get the scion life wheel or build is alredy pretty tanky?

I would suggest going chieftain if you are playing on HC and are not experienced with this build/Berserker class. Im doing this build in HC and chose going chieftain for the regen and totem leech. I'm clearing red tier maps comfortably and Uber Lab is easy if you know the mechanics(dont get hit) You can look at my profile to see the gear and tree im currently using. Use a belly if you want a large health pool (kaoms is optional until you can afford a disfavour)

Berserker is the best choice with the superior damage, high mobility and instant warcries that heals you. But it take some time to get used to and I prefer chieftain since it gives added security with totems taunting enemies and totem leech life to you plus the regen.
How about using the perfect form body armour for the spell dodge and free AA?

For a build with such high armour, extra defence for spells seems nice to me
Hey Guys,

I finally managed to get my endgame setup complete.

I know it's not perfect but capping resists with all those uniques sure wasn't easy.
HP is a little bit too low with around 5.4k life.
Do you guys have any ideas, which items should be upgraded in the future?
Right now I am completely broke :)
Thanks againg for the great guide. This is one of my favorite builds I did so far.

Cheers

1) lvl up (and raise quality) gems in 6L + vaal them.
2) i prefer rare gloves with phys damage+resists+hp+vulner. You have only veruso+vulner.
With rare gloves you can buy steel ring with good +phys damage. And amulet with better +phys damage
3) buy (370c at moment) or get ancwarchief enchant on devoto helm
