[DEAD in 3.0] DESTROY THE ATLAS! | 2H Dual Warchief Totem

Just started playing PoE recently so trying to work out what I should be doing. This build is by far the best one I have tried and I am enjoying it.

I have a couple of questions though with regards to this build:-

1. I see that it is recommended to not use Kaom's Primacy Karui Chopper. I know the end goal is the Atziri Disfavour but that seems laughably far away. Could somebody explain why the Kaom's is bad though? It seems very similar to the sort of physical only 450 dps axes and they seem to be going for 15 - 25 chaos. This seems a LOT of currency (for me) to invest in what looks like a minor upgrade.

2. Onto currency matters. I'm just about clearing T7 maps ok. But alch'ing them makes me rather susceptible to death. And if I am lucky I am seeing 1 - 2 chaos a day plus other minor currencies. even saving up for a Lion's Roar is a major undertaking. Would I be better off trying to get up to t10 maps and not alch'ing them?

I tried that Bringer of Pain Bascinet but it was such a tiny damage increase it seemed not worthwhile losing the armour of the Brass Dome and the functionality of the extra sockets.

Not too sure if I should be focusing on life or damage really. Kinda need both XD.

If anybody could give some general advice as to what I should be doing at this point then that would be great. My character should be un-private. Please be gentle!

Why don't u try Voidheart, unique gloves that he use in the guide and replace the belt with the rustic sash ? U already have a lot HP compare to the build guide so why don't u try sacrifice some life for dmg ?

even though i play on sc i like to not be so squishy , now i understand why some people reach so high amounts of dps , they sacrifice defense

also i tried uber atrizi yesterday and got rekt , ran out of portals which makes me think again that dps is better than defense , if bosses die fast enough then you can get away with it , tried shaper for the first time yesterday as well and killed him with 2 portals remaining

U got the point man. I did a super tanky char last league but it can't do atziri until i sacrifice some defence for dmg. Then killing that bitch is ez af. to be tanky not always good, u need to have decent DPS so u can kill bosses before they kill u xD.

I got myself a 6L disfavour and a 6L brass dome. Is there anything else I can do with the 6L disfavour? Or should I just use the 4 link gem setup?

use the 4 link setup on the axe since u have 6l brass dome , i use 6link disfavour but i have kaom's heart

i made a few changes , got myself a 37% poison on hit voidheart , specced in Dirty Techniques (i'm at 6.8k life atm from 8.1k) and i'm using now rapid decay with faster attacks , i replaced added fire damage. i feel like even though i lost tool tip dps, it's a bit better , bosses die faster and everything dies faster

i tried uber atziri again , i almost killed her but it's tough , ran out of portals ... it seems to take too long to kill her and the room gets messy with flameblasts and stuff , shaper is easy compared to uber atziri

a few leagues ago i played flame totem build and i don't remember having so many issues with her , i died a few times but always getting away with 2-3 portals , now it seems to be more difficult

So this is my stuff so far, i still have like 90c but dunno what should i change.I was looking to get better rings,but if i change one of them ill miss some dex,int.So what should i change? Or just keep saving for atziri axe and stuff?Thanks for ur reply.
Edit: I was thinking about new axe, but mine has 25 lighning res if i change ill be about 80% lighning res

I almost got everything mentioned in the guide. I wanted to ask :
Does it worth to buy a Legacy Voidheart(apprx. 14ex) ?
I don't want to waste that much of currency even on sc.

The legacy voidheart will simply raise your poison chance from 65% (voidheart + dirty tecniques) to 100%. It's a nice addition but nothing game changing.

Hello gusy, first wanted to say thanks for the amazing guide. I haven't played it yet but it seems pretty solid.

I have no experience with berserker builds (not even with "melee" builds) and was wondering how could I adapt this build for hardcore. Would it be worth to skip some damage and get the scion life wheel or build is alredy pretty tanky?
