Im running a disfavour, and I am wondering if it is enough to run DT and skip poison gem and/or Voidheart? Do I still have uptime on poison? At a first glance it feels like the posion should be applied 100% of the time due to attackspeed and 2x totems, but people are still running DT with voidheart or poison gem.

AmI missing something? can someone explain to me the synergy between poison gem, voidheart and Dirty Techniques.

Can't skip poison and voidheart. Then you'd have only 25% chance to poison. You can use a voidheart and rapid decay. You'd get only 60-65% chance to poison but that's still good.

DT doesn't just give you the poison chance. You'd be dumb not to have it even if you're using a poison gem.

I've played it now for a while, have all the items required, but I have a little problem.
I've recently done uber lab for a few times, and succeed first 2 times. Then, from nowhere, next two runs got instashoted from 3rd Uber Izaro. I'm not sure why,charachter is 78lvl, have maxed out res, 17000 armour and 4500 life pool. Have all gems from guide.
Pls if anyone can give me any tips on what should I do, THANKS!

You can get a much better axe, right now I see a 450 pdps for 10c on poe.trade

Then I would pick up a voidheart for bleed/poison

After that I would get better jewelry, you really want flat phys

Do you really need bm linked to enduring cry? It gives you mana back when you use it anyway

Don't get hit especially when izaro is buffed (charges/conduits/essences), or just dps him down quickly with dps flasks.

Thats true. A buffed Izaro wrecks you. I got one shoted with a far more tankier character (6k+ life, max Block etc.) The elemental shit he´s throwing on you realy hurts...
