this ring is OP cause:
you can drop LMP from Freeze pulse and still get the same effect (using 2 rings) -gain from 25-16% more damage
additional free gem slot in your setup - even more damage
66% and 14% cast speed is a lot of damage.
pair it with a pledge of hands and you get an a possible 8L setup.

other uses, are ice spear or frost breath. Also nothing will stop you to use it with sire of shards and/or totem build

You can not be serious! So you are able to use two of them to make a glasscannon that already has enough dps dealing more dps while becoming even more fragile. Sorry but this ring is crap!


I too am concerned with defenses.

I am not sure FP is good nowadays. Used to play it when Kripp hyped it.
You could make a combo of Taryn's Shiver, two rings and Doryani's Invitation.

End result would be (taking min rolls):
~120% increased cold damage
0.2% of Cold Damage Leeched as Life
~24% increased cast speed
And free LMP

But you would kill yourself to reflect or Corrupted blood in seconds (if you ditch Staunching Flask or not Elementalist).
Also you would lose Belt, 2xRing, 2xHand slots of defenses!

Lol at people saying its a bad mace. It simples add more builds.

I can see a 100% lightning Cyclone Chaos Innoculation Resolute inquisitor, with defenses being lots of regen. And inquisitor got all of this regen and elemental damage and has only being used most for spells, now i can see it on a melee, cause cyclone makes the best for Energy shield, and getting it 100% lightning is even better.

I can imagine a build "almost" tanker like dyness, no shield, but lots of regen and damage on a energy shield melee.

I don't know what game you are talking about but I'm sure it's not POE! Cyclone got rekt so hard no one uses this shit anymore except for triggering CoC. But even if cyclone would be as good as it once was using this mace would make no sense because there are so much better 2h weapons in the game right now. The mace is crap, the ring is crap and the amulet is crap too. If these items represent the equipment of the 4 guards the shaper should hire some new bouncers fast!

The mace is bad considering it drops from a t16 map. And elemental damage is inherently worse than physical damage, leech is infinitely harder to get, ele reflect is way more dangerous, enemies have resists, and on top map mods. Also your tanky build is a pain in the ass for maps: regen is countered by 2 to 3 map mods (no reg, reduced reg, reduced recovery), inquisitor regen from consec ground requires you to be stationary, so cyclone is the worst melee choice. lightning damage is countered by 3 additional map mods(ele reflect, ele resist, ee).
So in the end, you fully clear one side of the atlas, all the way to t16 to get an item you make a build around, which ultimately gives you more restrictions which map mods and ultimately maps you can play.

Sounds good, right?

The mace is interesting, especially in parties when coupled with other debuffs.
Could see it being used with lightning strike using projectile damage increases instead of melee/mace/two_handed plus shock duration with increased crit chance and crit multi (ranger/shadow side of the tree).

amulet is pretty simple, I guess mostly for spells since u can have attack damage leeched as life, so maybe smth like fireball, maybe fire discharge, magma orb? It looks pretty decent, but not as interesting.

ring. well i suppose ugly spells requiring lmp will suck less now? :D
Not much else to it i suppose. Well, it could be used with lets say frostbolt + pyre+ amulet and 2 rings to get 2 projectiles with increases and the leech from fire damage.

So u are saying that everyone should not play 99% of The builds, and go play bladefall mines or other 1% ubber builds and forget fun.

I know and agree that is not The best unique and is not a good reward for a high tier boss. Could be better. But it for sure is not useless.
