this ring is OP cause:
you can drop LMP from Freeze pulse and still get the same effect (using 2 rings) -gain from 25-16% more damage
additional free gem slot in your setup - even more damage
66% and 14% cast speed is a lot of damage.
pair it with a pledge of hands and you get an a possible 8L setup.

other uses, are ice spear or frost breath. Also nothing will stop you to use it with sire of shards and/or totem build
YES I support the game, NO I don't agree with many GGG decisions

You can not be serious! So you are able to use two of them to make a glasscannon that already has enough dps dealing more dps while becoming even more fragile. Sorry but this ring is crap!

only the ring is useful and others are trash imo
I also dont like flee and this is why i dont like fire because ignite also makes mobs flee like retards

The art for the mace is better then the mace :D
I hope I'm wrong here and probably I should wait but still I fail to see the logic in this items.

I mean this looks like T16 end game content = chance for some themed medicore uniques

Random T1 map / dried lake ( 0 effort content ) chance for end game items like shvronnes?

The shaper was lobbied by casual players or something?

While it's cool GGG is showning new uniques i really didn't want them to show endgame uniques droped by the guardians and the shaper.

Please GGG, don't show us more of those uniques - remember the hype going around the community when Atziri and Ueber Atziri uniques where first discovered by the community - please don't ruin this moments - thank you!


Eye of Innnocence:
More elemental based leech at the cost of an amulet slot. The fire damage taken can easily be mitigated by any type of character and really serves only as a chance to ignite yourself. I feel without additional chances to be ignited (Moku's Embrace or phys to fire conversion) to procs form the amulet could be unreliable for most not that fast casting/attaking builds out there which is a limiting factor.

Over all a very nice design. Not OP, not BIS but definitly a unique option to build around - great!

Snakepit:
A purly offensive ring. The cast speed is great (you can get that from a rare ring too if you want), the damage isn't really needed because you already get more than enough from that in the current state of the game. The additional projectile is a scary mod to introduce (thats why it is limited to spells :) )
There arn't that many spells that can benefit from that:
- Flame totem (useless)
- EK (nearly useless)
- Arctic Breath (good!)
- Ball Lightning (useless)
- Essence Drain (gimmiky)
- Fireball (good)
- Freezing Pulse (great!)
- Frost Bolt (nice!)
- Ice spear (good)
- Incinerate (good)
- Lightning Trap (nice)
- Magma Orb (gimmiky)
- spark (useless - due to helm enchant)

So there are not many options for the ring yet (by the introduction of more projectile spells this ring must be considered)
It is sad that it doesn't offer any life - so life builds/hybrid builds are a little bit restricted.
Over all design is a bit boring i feel.

Brainrattler:
When i look at this thing i immediately think Cast on Melee Kill Inquisitor for AoE clear with a seperat single target setup. 30% reduced cast speed and 20% reduced movement speed paired with stuff like Chill and/or Temporal Chains is a huge deal for a melee character. With whetstones the raw physical damage on the mace is massive and endgame viable.

Over all really cool design - you can build around that item, it is garanteed to be strong but it isn't BIS. Your movement is also limited since it is a 2h mace - so no top tier clear speed.
