To truly "make rares great again" (no offence Chris but that tagline always makes me cringe), these new highest tier base items need to stay rare/magic/common exclusive. As soon as their are uniques designed from them, rares will begin depreciating again. There needs to be something high tier rare items can do that uniques can't.

I didn't realize I was playing a blizzard game. The massive amounts of power creep have shown me the light, though.

" One caveat, Shaper's seed is almost definitely going to be moved from agate to marble amulet base now. However, like the Crown of the Pale King, it will probably be changed to only drop from the Shaper potentially making it rarer in temp leagues but BIS for RF builds. If not rarer then Shaper's seed could easily be the atziri's promise of the Shaper. "It's all clearer now

First I wanted to make an MF build my first one. Now I'm thinking about making a tank so I can farm those bases like crazy (dat belt...) :P
