Performance Improvements in 2.3.3

Finally gonna make some use of my i7.

I hope this will help the fps drop on my laptop when there's too much on the screen.
My gpu is only a gtx660m, its run the game just fine so far
I have noticed a higher HD load than I'd like so maybe that SSD is what I also need, based on the comments I read above.
However my CPU I know is not being used to its fullest as I do have an i7 3630QM 4 core 8 thread. granted it's only running at 2.4 ghz and I haven't overclocked it any higher as I don't want my laptop catching fire. PoE only seems to be using at most 36% or usually lower.

I just hope this won't introduce any consequences like the load time patch did.
Or maybe it'll fix some of the ones I have, hopefully.

The two I've gotten since is getting a long load time after character login, in town. FPS skips all over the place, sometimes characters aren't even fully loaded in, you can see them in their 3d model state with arms outstretched. Then every once in a while it crashed back to login, but screen freezes in town. Didn't have either of those problems for 3+ years before that. I'm hoping it's a cpu thing and this patch will help.
