The wording on the lucky deck card "10x stacked deck" made me think I was to receive 10 decks, not 10 cards. I traded in a set of cards to see what I would get - looks like the rng is indeed richer than normal:
I still think people are using this wrong. MOst people get the stacked deck and open up right in town next to Tsuni (sp?).
The creater said that he is "excited to see the player base figure out how to use the currency"...meaning it's not as simple as open in town.
I personally think that the orbs are affected by their environment. So if you open the deck in Dried Lakes you would have a better shot at brittle emperor. READ: NOT some super high chance...but a chance nonetheless.
I don't think the intention of the currency is to be used in town...but that's just me spitballing. Hence the name "stacked deck"....if you use it in a dried lakes, for example, you are "stacking the deck" in your favor.

Someone get SpanishMonarch on the line, we have new things that need tested! I would also recommend trying having one of the cards that you want already in your inventory or on the ground (if you try it in a map). It would be kinda like a replication of having a card 'up your sleeve'.

I'll try buying more sets today, and go to springs :>

I know it sounds like a waste, but if you truly want to test the functionality of the card, I wouldn't go to springs. I would go to aqueduct for Humilty cards. I only say that because it isn't super common, but isn't super rare either. If you do get a larger number of humility cards, one could safely come to a conclusion that the environment does in fact make a difference.
The problem with springs or dried lake for testing is that the cards are so rare that a "buff or bonus" to your chances might not even be noticeable.

Just a thought.
Right. Also in the spirit of not telling you how to piss away your chaos orbs, but I was thinking Trop Island (The Flora's Gift drops like whoa) or something like Jungle Valley which can drop 5 cards.

Unfortunately I went a little nuts last two days trying to craft a dagger... ripped 15 exalts. I'm actually starting to feel poor, but I should have enough to buy all the lucky deck cards on prophecy.
