Meaning:
Name: Delicate as in, expertly/carefully, moving/attacking, Desperation like fighting for your life, sometimes hitting, others missing, as well as onslaught being similar.
Line 1: Frantic = fighting for your life, sometimes hitting, others missing, e.g evasion + armour. The better you are at fighting frantically the more damage you do.
Line 2: Having onslaught
Line 3: Leaving behind expertly killed beings. Almost like art.
Line 4: Only the fortuitous survive = Having fortify helps you survive

This item being the result of a community effort should be reflected, also integrate itself into the lore.

-Flavor text / Origin-
Should be descriptive of the item's properties.
Possibly many (aka Legion) contributed to this, ZiggyD (named), who as far as i know came up with the idea of letting others take part at this gift, from another (Faceless).
Both deserve some form of mention. Again this should integrate itself without disrupting the feeling of lore / game.
