Here's to hoping the investments made to make the gimmick of this belt pay off, all the while having some kind of interesting (or restraining?) drawback apply!

I had considered naming the belt Marylene's Retribution or Waif's Retribution, but upon re-reading what Leo says about Fair Marylene there is no implication that she was orphaned. Rather, she seems to have not known her father or to have been abandoned by him.

The gist is that the child who is weak and unable to seek vengeance upon their parent's killer will only have time with which to temper their rage and plot their revenge, seeking an opportune moment at which to strike out from a position of strength.

Edit: The progression of the orphan to a grown adult able to mete out retribution is intended to be reflected in the fact that this belt cannot be worn until a character has progressed to the later portion of the game.

There are also already a couple of uniques named for Marylene, though her character does tie in nicely with evasion.
You may wish to stick with Retribution if Reckoning is felt to be bound to a counterattack mechanic.
