Ya know, I thinking it should be Collar of the Monkey King

There is a lot of graffiti about the Monkey King in act 3. I think it would be cool to give him an item

Item name : Belt of the Sword King (Daresso themed)

Flavor text: "One does not fear defeat when he marches into battle armoured and agile." -Daresso

Flavor text possibility #2: "I fear not death nor defeat, for I march into battle armoured and with agility!" -Daresso

I admit the name of the item isn't original.
The flavor text refers to the belts ability to provide armour and evasion and also the damage it would provide Daresso. The text also refers to Daresso's ability when you encounter him where he would fortify himself to heal. (Not actual Fortify ability). And also refers to his charging up of his deadly abilities (wave slash and ice statues do big damage!!!)
