I scanned through all the pages and haven't seen anyone ask:

Does this item no longer have the old property of: "1% increased attack damage per 300 of your lowest value between armour and evasion"?

If not, are we sure this is the finished version? Because that affects flavor text >.<

What I like about the armor and evasion builds is that they promote the idea of survival. Daresso's story definitely fits here, but I think the addition of the Fortify and Onslaught really makes something like this seem really viable:
