Thx for the effort man. wanted to make a dead eye which make good use of flasks.
Gears requirement is pretty much within reasonable range (imho).

this and every other Kinetic blast build just died, without getting anything in return you cant kill most red map and even a lot of mid tier bosses without frost wall in any reasonable amount of time

Thanks for the response ... time to find another build QQ. Any other builds come to mind that might have the same feel ( besides LA Arrow )

Nothing really comes to mind
KB was supreme when it comes to attack based AOE LA builds at least have a luxury of another 6L to supplement single target IGN JustifiedF
