Do you have any suggested leveling builds for your build? Mainly, what primary skills to head for in the tree first and what gems/gear you should use at various levels? Or could you perhaps add a leveling guide section to your build?

Take "Facebreakers" asap ;) (if you have the money buy legacy) Use the "Tabula Rasa" and link the following gems for max damage output: At lvl 1 take "Infernal Blow". At lvl 8 take "Melee Splash" and "Added Fire Damage". How are you able to run AA/Herald of Ash/Hatred? I can only run Herald and Hatred because AA takes away all of my mana :(
