Is there any reason why the high budget section doesn't include unnatural instinct?

I tried to change things up a bit. At the time of checking your current set up I do a little less damage, but I have 6.5K health. I really like the shaper shield with less mana reservation so I can use 3 auras. I also made some boots with an abyssal socket with the new delve craft. I also got pretty lucky with an amulet craft, hitting both 18% of phys as extra fire and 10% of non-chaos as extra chaos. I still need a glove corruption and helm enchant. The next big upgrade would be the Unnatural Instinct jewel, but I gotta save up a bit for that. That would free up some of my jewel slots (many are filled with resist). Take a look at what I got and let me know how it looks. Thanks.

Only thing that disappoints me in this build is that you cant summon sentinels with herald of purity and you can't generate fury when killing mobs and having crave the slaughter.
Kinda hate doing the warcry all the time to keep up rage. Is there any trick to make it easier? You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
