Since the damage added from hatred is getting halved down to 18% but a quality HoA gives .75% increased fire damage per. As well as the straight 15% and increased burning damage. The benefits I see as well is help clearing trash due to overkill just like inpulsa's by letting all the aoe stack onto your rares and such. and i deleted the whole "ultra budget section" because
a) it was meanwhile unecessary because the other builds are strong enough

lab farm with this build is the same as all other different not OP builds
small life regen, small count of endurance charges, not the best movement skill to pass traps (shield charge) makes lab runs very painful
