[3.17] The Warchief | [Facebreaker] Ancestral Warchief | Uber Boss Farmer | Beginner -> Expert

For those interested I've discovered a new variant using "Bringer of Rain" and I love it! The added blind is amazing, endurance charges when you block, more gore ;) and it also makes this a budget build as a non-legacy bringer with GG rolls is about 10-15c.

For those without tukohama's just use:

What tree would you reccomend for a person not having a tukohama fortress?

Also, on a side note, how do you guys level to 90+? By maps or just killing stuff in lab?

Use

Build is great for both mapping and lab so far for me.

Lvl in maps t12-t14s are cake with this build.

Hey, thanks for build guide!

One quick question:

Should I deviate from your tree path if I don't have/can't afford a Tuko Shield?

No, just use great old ward, it works just fine

Guys, what do you think about using
(not exactly that one ofc, something with better rolls and 6l) with that build?
You will lose around 200hp, some armor, golem buff, all your vaal spells and ic (ic is not a mandatory without abyssus i believe). But you will you get a really solid buff with ~+100 phys damage increase, isnt it would handle all the loses? Plus you can take some additinal useful stuff like second warcry or movespell.
Im not really good at dps calculation and etc, just wanna hear your thoughts about that item.

Nvm, bought 6l with 77% roll just to test it, here is a results:
Belly

Gruthkul's Pelt

So its around 10k dps boost for me. Totally not worth it, it is a great item for lvling or something like lowtier maps but nothing more. But, please, correct me if i did something wrong.

You don't have to buy things to test them, you can use "Path of Building":

https://github.com/Openarl/PathOfBuilding

Running the numbers I don't think getting belly is worth it. I've actually gotten rid of my chest piece altogether and now doing Bringer of Rain. Check my latest posts here for the gear
Interest peaked. About to start a new character but should I go Deidbellow Gilded Sallet and Belly or Bringer?

Edit: will be running mostly Ulab. Thanks

My friend and I are doing warchief running lab together. He is doing Kroovin's Deidbellow variant, and I am running with that Bringer variant I came up with. We ran about 20-30 labs today, and both work just as well, both in group or solo. Go with what you find and budget.
Thanks for the reply. How much HP do you have with the bringer version?

IMO, abyssus isn't so worse, cuz we have much of armor.

Changing Belly to Gruthkul seems interesting(not loosing much hp, getting more dps), but whats with resists? Still they cap?

This have for sure been answered, but we are 150 pages deep now;

Non-GG steel rings or non-legacy voidheart? The steel rings i have gives me about 10k paper dps. A voidheart should be very much comparable + poison and bleed are insane.

Anyone tested it?

Answer is in topic start, "alternative gear" section, but, if you want...

I'm playing right now with voidhear(CUZ I CAN, lol, ssf) and just average rare ring, so, i've imported my char to path-of-building, and here it is:
rings:

Calcs(Effective DPS calculation mode):
voidheart:

rare x2, without voidhear:

so, with my stats real difference isn't too much, just a matter of taste.
