1. Is this build deals way more damage than flameblast totem?

2. I'm playing SSF, is this viable than FB totem?

3. Which has more damage, the 2H or this version?

4. Currently I'm level 40 and gearing towards the 2H AW one. I don't have any end game items at the moment and I will use this character to get those. Is your version more easy early on even without equips or the 2H?

I really like the AW build. Hoping you could help me decide on which path to take. I can only handle 1 good farming character.

1&2 - just my situation

started legacy ssf with flameblast hierophant, and stuck being too brittle at lvl68(hate stun-locks), besides damage was huge and it had insane clear speed. Comparable to srs summoner, that i leveled in breach.
After that, i've created ancestral warchief chieftain, and stuck at ~lvl55 with too low dmg and being too brittle too =(

But accidentally have got a drop of facebreaker, and leveled new char as fast, as it was(almost) with flameblast char.... Well, a little bit slower. But this build has great defence, so no problem with surviving and good clear speed. Not as good as flameblast and srs, but easy to control(for vorici missions) and DieHard.

So, facebreaker ~= flameblast/srs >> 2h

2h trololol build will be even more powerful, but thats about shaper's sword, isn't it?

hopefully I do get facebreaker to drop on SSF. :| Right now I'm doing fine on my AW. I actually do fine on both FB totem and AW. I drop my previous FB starter because the time it takes to fully cast is too slow for me while the AW attacks instantly. I guess on higher gem level that's not an issue.

All totem builds need time so speed-up, such issue was with FB, FaceB and with my 2-totem-srs-summoner. At higher levels, yes, it will be faster and more comfortable.

But, talking about facebreaker, i've leveled to ~65 just with shield charge + ice crash(mad damage) + 1-totem. Cuz that attacks also scales with facebreakers and 1-2 shield charges commonly enough to kill whole pack.

If u will get problems with ur build, and u love totems, i'd suggest you to try summoner witch, cuz till lvl80 that char doesn't need any expensive armour and don't have big problems because of meat-shield with spectres, zombies, skeletons, golem and 2 totems, that spams srs :D
But for end-game that need at least shavronne's. And without huge energy shield, you will die almost instanly, if your minions doesn't protect you.
But i killed merc malachai just with ~50 death and ~700hp/500es(didn't have any good items), it was like "enter - place totems - die - watch srs raping him".

In that case, facebreaker build much more interesting because of surviability. But it can't kill mobs off-screen =(

Loving the build. Level 75 at the moment. I'm sticking with maps now, haven't picked 2nd totem just yet, would grab it at 80. Rocking things with shield charge atm, was the smoothest leveling I ever had with Tabula. What stats do you need to go uber lab farming? Defence wise I mean. My res r cap atm, 10k armor, totem damage is 78k unbuff.

I am lvl 90 atm, 75% all resist and 12k armour. 220K DPS with aura's and flasks. Running Uber lab with 4.8K HP.
Died once because of traps. Even easy enough to carry for people.
I did swap my shield links to this:
.

Just place your totems, the moment it gets up use every flask. Thats usually enough. And just make sure to dodge everything with shieldcharge. Aslong as you are in range of your totems it will die quickly.
If anyone has run both this and the Starforge build, could you compare/contrast the two against one another as far as strengths and weaknesses?

I'm contemplating investing and making a change to the Starforge build.
I found out that at least for me Disfavour/starforge build is better if you are not on stn with legacy facebreakers.
The huge downside of this build is abyssus helmet if you wanna push to +95
Disfavour build maybe the best coz bleed/poison do work very well.
Soon will try new combination - tukohama shield + reworked cheap helmet and will see.

I want your opinion on Cospri's Will chest running dual aura

i dont think its a good idea, because

a)i use curse only as cast on hit corruption from the gloves
b) i dont know what u should change for a curse setup (maybe CWDT)
c) i would not run it at blasphemy because i try to be away as far as i can from the enemys and i need the mana for other auras (hatred etc)
d) i prefer the life bonus from the belly over all other chests

I have lots of stun in my build..
curse setup is: Orb of storms - curse on hit - warlord's mark - punishment maybe

yea the HP downside is huge (5200 down from 5900 with belly) without good steel rings.

is 5200~5400 life viable for all contents ?
Two questions:

1. Why do you choose to not use rallying cry? Is it because of lack of sockets? It doesn't beat any of the vaal gems you're using right now? Or don't like to alternate between the two warcries?

2. Regarding gloves; getting a good enchantment together with good corruption is almost impossible so I assume that going for ele weakness/vulnerability on hit is the way to go? I'm currently in the softcore legacy league and I think it's rather doable to go for the curse on hit on 750+ rolled pair but I wonder also if the enfeeble with CWDT won't mess it up often. Would you say the curse on hit corruption has a big impact? Alternative would be to go for some enchantment on 790+ pair, with no corruption.

Sorry if I rambled :(

My fully buffed, concentrated dps atm. Same conditions as op's tukohama max dps screenshot. I'd be over 600k dps with a good helm enchant.
Spoiler

7k life, 42%block, 5 max endurance charges, and 12.5k armor. How do I deal with the ~40% increased phys dmg taken with Abyssus?

By not using it. No legacy items or relevant enchants either. Replacing Abyssus with a different helm makes plenty of sense to me.

Gear and tree.

@Kroovin: just wanted to say thanks du! your changes definitely make a lot of sense. I have switched to your tree setup and gear and the build plays very nice with the faster totems and no DMG-taken penalty from abyssus.

To anyone looking to play this, definitely take a look at Kroovin's recommendations. So should the OP, IMHO, because I feel the build works much better with his changes.

I'm farming lab in 5-10mins depending on layout, 1shotting izaro and have survived his slams :)

btw, if you're not running with a "Chemist's Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline", you should give one a shot for the traps in lab.

Also, I wanted to share my recommendation for lvling up: "Shield Charge". You will basically one shot your way to merciless.

Still using Warden btw!
