Failing to connect to instance (BR server)

Since last saturday 24 (as far as I can remember) I've been "Failing to connect to instance" very often. I'm brought to the login screen after long loading screens between areas (sometimes even at the very beginning, right after choosing my character).

Same problem here. Since 27/06 I'm having the same issue, failing to connect to instance every single time I try to get out of Highgate, when I can log into character screen.
Didn't opened a new thread because I couldn't trace with WinMTR, dunno why. I'm just reinforcing that this problem is out there.
Also, I'm playin' on the BR realm. Made no changes on my PC whatsoever.
Sorry that I can't help, it would be nice some feedback of that issue =X

If you're unable to get raw sockets try running it as Administrator.
If you're getting no responses from any host, try disabling your firewall during the execution.

So far it looks like it's restricted to the brazilian realm, since I couldn't reproduce the error on Texas server (nor couldn't play with that latency for that matter anyway).

I copy pasted the above becouse is the exact same problem.

But I'd like to add that the problem seems to occur more offen in instances that have other players or instances created by other players. For maping in group is not too bad, but for Uber Lab is impossible.

Please technical staff, feel free to ask for any additional details or log info, etc.

Today, I tried logging in every single realm, just to make sure that it's not an realm issue.
Same problem.
I could get off of Highgate, but still, "Failed to join instances" frequently.

Something from Tech Staff??

it is a realm issue, you need to remake your instances in the new realm (or just wait for the old ones to expire)

if you opened your hideout or a map in the sp server, and then change servers and try to go back in them, you will try to connect to the old instance and it will crash again

at least for me, if I change to texas, I get 200 extra ping but it's stable, and the moment I change to sp it gives the 'failed to connect to instance' message

The information you and some other players have provided confirms that new connections are either taking too long and timing out, or just not being received at all. Given that it's spread relatively evenly across the BR servers and is affecting multiple players we can only assume it's a network issue.

In this case you will need to contact your ISP to see if there's anything they might be able to do in order to allow your connections to go through.
Managed to complete an uber lab a few minutes ago.
Maybe the issue's been resolved by itself?

EDIT: yep, nevermind; problem persists.
