Would you recommend Snake Bite gloves over Rare with + phys, or is the phys damage lost not worth the change? I would guess the defensive side would be similar if you can afford the res, if not snakebite would have stronger single target? As you could get tons of small poisons on it.

Or am I totally wrong, never played poison, snakebite or doomfletch. It has low phys so not hard hitting poison but if you stack it up it can help single target dps.

poison is not worth it, it scales from chaos/phys damage and Doomfletch's Prism deals around 95% elemental dmg in this build

Oh my bad, thought it would be like 1/4 phys 3/4 ele, but I guess with the 0% res the ele side is way higher.

Good point! thanks for answering my dumb questions! Rare gloves it is Easier to res cap. or acuity when I am super lucky.

np. 330% of phy dmg are added as elemental dmg, thats over 75% already. 50% of the physical dmg gets converted into lightning/fire via lightning arrow or blast rain and then we have weapon elemental dmg which pushed the difference between phys and ele dmg even higher ;)

Doing a modified version of this build, wondering when did you start leveling with Doomfletch/bows?

Currently level 33 in essence league and I am leveling with Essence Drain/Contagion and Blade Vortex (picked spell damage nodes on templar start to help with this, respec later).

Also worried how rare will Prism be since I am in act 4 normal and had a total of 3 coins drop so far :\

basically around lvl 1 :P
I used Stormcloud and the fated version until 60 ... then i noticed Prism and switched^^.
Just use a fast bow, herald of ice + thunder, maybe even ash for overkill dmg. Some flat eledmg jewelry and you get carried by it.

I cannot tell you how aviable it is this league, so far i dont see any prophecy/bow to buy on poe.trade :/
