it casts 2 walls and consumes only one charge. More walls result in more chains, if they are not too many

Been toying around with some things in the build and having a blast with Frost Wall-Spell Echo-Faster Casting-Spell Totem Support (can wall bosses offscreen). Lose out on Decoy Totem and a spell that procs Instrument of Virtue, but we still have Vaal Haste and Blood Rage (cheap and no animation lock) to proc the AD bonus.

Sure there is room for costumization.
Trap + multiptrap + cluster trap + frostwall is another option (but manahungy with 130+ mana per throw).

But i have to tell you that spellecho doesnt work with spells linked to spelltotem and wont bypass the cooldown of the frostwall.

Spell echo is selfcast only, you should see it in your tooltip (no icon if you put in the supportgem).

Yea, just noticed that spell echo wasn't being used by the totem during some excavation runs. Didn't notice the tooltip (TIL!). Definitely not going the trap route as I can't afford to spend that much mana on zero regen maps.

You mentioned you could use TS, with the change to pierce would you also replace drill neck & respect out of pierce nodes? Not sure what gems I would use on TS then...

Tornado Shot + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Weapon Elemental Damage + increased Critical Strike Chance + Physical Projectile Attack Damage + (random)

Could go crit multi, faster attacks, or added cold/lighting, life leech for more leech or

I am thinking of going TS for single and aoe dps. Until later in the league when I get 2 5/6 links going.

I would go for life leech/lgoh or faster attacks or slower projectiles. Hell even pierce is fine for the multiplier and better aoe, but the pierce cluster is not really needed.
Now i would most likely go for a phys dmg + critmulti + wed quiver instead of drillneck for la/chain... But havent played nado shot for a while, donno how effective pierce feels on it right now :/

You can ofc still use pierce, its just unusable with Lightning arrow + chain.

I will prolly go slower proj just for the dps. I havn't played TS in a long time either. Don't think you would need pierce as much on TS. Will see how it works maybe if I am lacking on single target or aoe.
