Its worth to use Bloodlust in EQ setup while using Voidheart or only in totem?

Only in Totem. Otherwise you'd have to proc bleed with some other skill, which is pretty inconvenient

Hey guys,
Love this build. Smashing labs and maps at the moment. Been playing around with my curses and got a +30% effect of punishment curse ench for my helm. currently have it setup as cwdt at lvel 15 which gives 32% more physical dmg and 19% ats (which we dont really care abt). Two questions. *Has anyone else tried punishment and think its worth using? *Is it worth self casting? It currently goes off cwdt just under 2k damage. cwdt is at level 14 at present. Great guide you posted here. Been following it all along to level 78. Wanted to try uber lab soon. Got all the uniques and am resistance capped. I gert the 6k life, not quite there yet ... but i still dont really understand how you got 900 life regen ? i got 450 :z. Greetings, Have a nice day! |

" What is your 450 based on? I know that with my current hp of 6.5k, I have less than 400 in town. But add 0.2% per endurance charge (1.8%) + 3.6% from Kaom's way + 1.5% from fortify and I would get 450hp/s more. Only level 79 for now so missing like 2% from tree + lots of life%. By 85 I fully expect to have over 1k regen in combat. |

" Yeah, get enough endurance charges, and life regen from tree,and you will get >1k life regen a sec in combat. I'm lvl 92 atm. with 8.4k health. I have 645 regen in town, and 1600 regen in combat with 1 Kaom's Way (stone golem + endurance charges + fortify). Using 2 kaom's way I get 2065 life regen a sec, which is nice for super save lab runs. These 2 help though: But even without them you'll comfortably get >1k life regen/sec. Edit: the regen is pretty stupid if you think about it. The best life flask in game gives around 2k life in 4 seconds. So our life regen is about 3 times more powerful. I would be interested in what your damage is on EQ?! Feel like its quite hard to improve it from now on, but perhaps i am missing something. im at 14-15 k , with all auras endurance charges ect 18k.

"The only way to improve Earthquake would be to use an Axe rather than a Mace, but it all comes down to budget. I plan to swap to Atziri's Disfavor when I can afford a 6L. |
