" I have about 17k tooltip damage per second. On my armor, I am using these gems: Flame Totem (lv18, not including the levels added by empower, so it's actually 18+3) Faster Casting (lv18) Fire Penetration (lv17) Controlled Destruction (lv16) Elemental Focus (lv16) Empower (lv4, corrupted, so it adds 3 levels to Flame Totem) I am using the Doryani's Catalyst, Vaal Sceptre (8% increased Cast Speed, 39% increased Global Critical Strike Chance, 96% increased Elemental Damage) and Winds of Change (49% increased projectile damage). Also I have two jewels, one has 14% increased totem damage, another has 14% increased fire damage. And my passive skill tree is nearly the same as Crîmnor's (all damage related nodes are the same). The problem I find with this build is, I am often running out of mana because if you activate two curses as aura, much of the mana is reserved and you have MOM (Mind over Matter) and Divine Guidance, so 40% damage will be taken from mana. This makes you out of mana immediately when you get just a few hits. So I have decided to use the Orb of Storms + Curse on Hit to manually cast the curses to avoid the mana reservation. About the Wand+Leap Slam, Crîmnor has mentioned if you use a wand, you need to switch to another movement skill such as Lightning Wrap. Last edited by bobosayhello#7398 on Jul 11, 2016, 10:55:43 AM

Im currently at lvl 55 and destroying with a Sire of Shards, would I be able to use this staff until i can gear up before investing in shield/weapon or will it fall off towards late merciless?
Currently at a 4.8k totem and Sire makes clearing hilarious. |

it's an excellent bd,i am still trying,now the problem is that since you use wand, it seems you will get nowhere to obtain endurance charges?

" Endurance charges are obtained by manually casting Enduring Cry. However, the problem I find with this build is, with two curses running as auras at the same time, you are already reserving most of the mana, and casting Flame Totems require a lot of mana too (more than 100 mp each), not to mention MoM is also activated. I often find myself running out of mana and have to use mana potion. Switching to Curse on Hit + Orb of Storms + 2 curses may help but it becomes a bit tedious to play. |

" this build gains a lot of armour,but with too low DPS after LVL80, and it is unable to run fast,this is the biggest problem i have encountered, in order to solve the mana problem,i have to use this weapon, now i manually cast enduring cry ,but i also don't believe it's a good idea to use orb of storms to achieve double curses since with more than two skiils to manually cast, it's a bit too more.i'm wondering if i should give up this build, there's something needs to be done to improve this build. |

Probably someone asked this already, but... What's with 8% less damage per totem penalty? Cuz when we have 4 totems active, we have 8*4=32% damage penalty, so it will be (100-32)*4=272% damage in total. But can we equip Soul Mantle (and spec from Rieual of Awakening) to have 100*3=300% effective damage with the issue to have an additional flask of warding (I guess. I mean curse removing one)?

very slow. it could use whirling blades. but even with that... very slow is a problem. slow clear, and slow is death in PoE.
