It will give the Frostbite/Blasphemy aura a 100% reduced mana reservation stat. With no other relevant modifiers, this will indeed result in the aura reserving no mana.

However note that "increased" and "reduced" modifiers are always additive, naturally this is the case here as well. So if you have another item with increased mana reservation (Essence Worm is a common one), they will also stack. In this particular case, you would end up with 60% reduced mana reservation total for the curse aura.

so does enfeeble + blasphemy lower your stats too in game it doesn't show any difference but on path of the builder it lowers my dps alot

It does not.

Are you using any other curses? Do you only have the default limit of one curse per enemy? In that case enfeeble might be overriding another curse that boosts your damage.
Hello, I had a question about "stat sticks". Was wondering which stats can contribute to my output. Using blade flurry. Trying to figure out useful stats to search for on rare off hands. Not sure which stats are working.



inc. attack speed
global crit multiplier
inc. crit chance
gain % of physical as elemental
penetrates % elemental resist

also, runic hatchets have an implicit 12% increased physical. Are there anymore stats that may be useful?

thanks for the info, so from what i've gathered

inc. attack speed = not global
global crit multiplier = global
inc. crit chance = not global/ unsure
gain % of physical as elemental = ?
penetrates % elemental resist = unsure
implicit runic hatchet = not global

so basically with my build blade flurry, sword MH, non-dagger, claw, sword OH...
the only relevant stats for rare off hands are:

global multi
gain % of physical as elemental
penetrates % elemental resist (unsure)

Is this correct?

You can try various stats in Path of Building to see what affects your damage and what does not.
