So that's intended ? I feel like maybe this should be revised now that there are many more different modifiers for this stat - but that's beyond a questions thread I guess.

important question about my new unique design - inpulsa's broken heart Hello Mark, I have an issue with my new chest, inpulsa’s broken heart used with maligaro restraint. When I’m socking, the shock is reflected back to me, not effecting me, giving me the bonus from the belt. However, when I’m shocking with a proliferation support gem, the shock on me is not being proliferated at all to other enemies. does cast when damage look at the final damage
or does it check the damage when it hits (before resists, damage reduction and fortify) |

" from what i see its rather obvious that shock aura needs you to be affected by shock? if you cant be shocked you're cant have the aura i'm pretty sure unaffected by shock doesn't mean that you are shocked but dont't take the debuff it means that you can not be shocked in the first place Last edited by lichdeath#1001 on Dec 17, 2017, 3:11:15 PM

" You are incorrect. 'Immune' means the debuff is never applied. 'Unaffected' means the buff does not affect you. |

I just installed a rare cobalt jewel, with among other things 15% more damage by minions. I have 3 different kinds of minions and none of the show any increase in any area of damage with the jewel installed. The jewel socket lies between the Shadow and the Ranger hubs.
