I'm wondering how the Lori's Lantern mod "Enemies are Unlucky when Damaging you" affects damage taken in regards to critical strikes.
From here you say that it only affects their damage rolls: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/377182/page/3#p3349323 Is it possible to roll damage twice, having one roll be a critical strike, and then apply the non-critical strike (naturally the non-critical strike should deal less damage)? Crit rolls are unrelated to Damage rolls.
Say a monster deals 100-200 Damage, and has 150% Crit Mult (slightly above the norm of 130%). The monster attacks, and succeeds its Crit roll. Crit Mult is added to the Damage range, bringing it to 150-300 Damage. Then, two rolls are made in that range, the lower result is applied to you. " It should, but a little while back there was a thread where it looked like Duration modifiers weren't always being applied or whatever? I didn't pay enough attention to it to give a proper answer to this question, sorry. (wanted to reply because it's specifically quoting an earlier post of mine) |

I've noticed I can't detonate my mines when I'm silenced. Is this intentional and how does this compare to traps triggering and totems casting their spell when I'm silenced?

I opened a thread for this topic a time ago. I believe when bleed duration and posion duration are affected by Less Duration Support it should be very noticable. More then 50% reduction should reduce the bleed time to 2 sec timer maybe only 1 sec timer. Maybe I am wrong and base bleed Duration is 5 seconds and 3 seconds is the reduced value already but why does my Default Attack apply bleeding for 3 seconds then? Did I overlook an important point? ign: fanimala

" Detonate mines is a spell and you are silenced, so you can't cast spells. Your totems are not you, so they are not silenced and can cast spells. Traps become armed shortly afther throwing, and then trigger when an enemy enters their trigger radius. It's not a silence-able thing. http://www.twitch.tv/exhortatory

If I have 50% crit chance and Ambush/Assassinate's 100% more critical strike chance active, would my hit have 100% chance to crit or still get capped at 95%?
Also, If I have 95% base crit and attack an enemy cursed with Assassin's Mark, does that attack have 100% chance to crit or 95%? |

Hi, if I dual wield obliterations, and have the profane bloom passive. Do all these chances of explosion add up, or is it some multiplicative chance ? Same with abyssal cry ?
I suppose that linking poison to the skill that will launch the explosion won't make the explosion itself poison ? |
