How does Emberwake work with totems that ignite? For instance an Ancestral Warchief totem that is using Oro's Sacrifice, the ignites don't seem to be stacking, although it's hard to tell just from watching the health bars go down, and I could be wrong...
How does vaal molten shell interact with eye of innocence and the rat cage, assuming I have a 100% ignite chance? Would it just not trigger at all or create an infinite loop until either the player or all surrounding enemies are dead?

1. Pretty sure they roll independantly
2. They shouldn't prevent each other as they are different effects
3. From the wording of the skill I think it's safe to assume that a single enemy can trigger them multiple times

5. I think it does, but not sure
6. I don't think it's the trigger radius, but it should trigger all traps of a cluster trap setup
7. I think it only triggers your traps once. If some can be triggered an additional time, they simply "survive" the triggering and can be triggered again after their re-arm time (I might be wrong on that though).

Does the physical damage% apply to all the damage my character has or is it just on the bow? I mean obviously I want to get it high but been shopping lately and it seems what I can afford is on the lower side. Also can I use blessed on them and reroll the damage/attack speed and the added physical damage?

Just the bow.

(It stacks locally, but all Attacks use your Weapon, so all of your Attack skills from your character will benefit from the increased physical damage).

You need divine orbs to reroll the explicit modifier. Blessed orbs work only on implicit modifiers.

Got a series for you:
1. Will Vaal Molten Shell be triggered by Eye of Innocence on ignite?
a. If it won't, will having The Rat Cage (10% of fire taken as phys) cause it to?
2. If Vaal Molten Shell itself ignites an enemy when I have Eye of Innocence equipped, what will happen? You would take the damage immediately, and then would another explosion happen immediately?

Adding on to this. The only things it will not effect are spells you cast, and in the case of one-handed weapons, the damage of your other hand. If you have a weapon with 100% increased phys, Ethereal Knives will not get any increased damage.
so if i have 2 obliteration and profane bloom do i have 70% (25+25+20) or 55%(1-.75*.75*8)
to blow up and enemy?

What that is that him is more moved forward (thus for my part that of league breach)
Or is what that is a fusion of the atlas and in this case there, how it spends it map shaped?
