Mechanical Questions Thread

Was Dual Wield Essence of Delirium for Double damage bug fixed?
Ignite mechanics question here.

For example, if I am using Ice shot (50% phys to cold), hrimburn (25% phys converted to cold and cold dmg can ignite), Xoph's Nuture (50% phys coverted to fire) and I crit - will both cold and fire damage combine to calculate damage of a single ignite or does the game consider it the application of two separate burns and take the highest value ignite of the two damage sources?

We know that we can use blessed orb to roll the numeric values of an item. So the question is: Can we roll the values of a legacy item? For example: I have a legacy Soul taker and it has a property :"167% increased physical damage". If i used a blessed orb on it, the value of that property would increase more than 167% or it would become a value being under or equal 140%? I mean the value of that property of not legacy Soul taker is max at 140% and the other one of legacy Soul taker is 200%,and im affraid that blessed orb will change a legacy item to a normal item. Hope u understand my question. Sorry about my English level. Thanks for the game.

The only way to apply bonuses to minions is if they specifically say "minion" or if they originate from a Support Gem linked to that Minion Skill.

Does this apply to the quality bonus from Melee Physical Damage and/or Spell Echo?
Is life regeneration capped at all? Is there any interaction between life regen and life leech or the "max life leech rate per second" cap? I don't believe there is any reason to assume either of those things, but some people believe it might.
Would love an official response/link to one as I cannot find this particular question answered anywhere.
Glove Enchant can Bleed? such as Force on Hit / Fury on Hit with Gladiator ascendancy 'Gratuitous Violence' and 'Blood in the Eyes'

Force on Hit is 'Swings a weapon in an arc, damaging enemies in front of you' So, i think it's attack that can bleed.

Is it possible?

Regen is not capped.
Leech and Regen are entirely separate concepts (hence the different wording, different statlines, different functions, etc.), they have nothing to do with eachother.
"Some people" have foolish thoughts.

Yep, long as the Enchant deals Weapon damage, it should be able to inflict Bleed.
You could check for yourself :) On the character sheet is a list of Skill icons - on the far right will be your Enchant's Skill. Hover over it and see whether there's a "Cannot apply Bleeding" line in the popup.
Hello! I have a question to a prophecy that seems to be broken. It's called "A Master Seeks Help" (Catarina). Usually when getting this prophecy it randomly activates and shows in the quest log when entering a map. This one right here didn't over the course of couple days and 50-100 maps. So i thought maybe i had to find her manually and do here task. Today that's what i did but still nothing. The prophecy remains in my prophecy tab, which is weird. Why is that? Is is a bug?

Orb of Storms linked to Curse on Hit to a Curse. Will a curse-reflect enemy, like Atziri, reflect the curse onto the caster of the orb of storms i.e. the player? I tried googling but couldn't find the answer.
