Is this thread still a thing? Been tracking with interest, but unless the dev-tracker link is broken somehow, I haven't seen anything new since July.

Hello guys, i've enchanted my Fingerless silg gloves, new base with %spell damage as implicit. Why the enchant remove the implciti?? It's so big stupid thing this.. the enchants are too much op, so all players want it on items.. and then new base of glove, boots and helemt are useless. this thing is ridiculous.. no sense..

If i have:

Pious Path / 4% of maximum Mana and Energy Shield Regenerated per second while on Consecrated Ground

+

Vaal Pact / LIFE Regeneration has no effect

I regen ES while on Consecrated Ground?

No. Mods on gear never affect minions unless it specifies minions. Just like passives.

Yes life and ES are distinct. Taking Zealots oath keystone would however prevent you from regenerating ES in conjonction with Vaal Pact.

Am I wrong or shouldn't phasing proc when I have a silver flask up with the relevant node as raider? It's also not working on full frenzy charges. I'm only getting it from the 20% chance to gain phasing on kill. Kinda wrecking my build. Please elaborate?

I'm wondering about the Decay that procs from Essence of Delirium. What tags does Decay have? I.e, what can we use to scale it (chaos and damage over time seems to be a given)?

Some players seem to report that support gems on the skill triggering Decay affect Decay as well. Is this intended behaviour? If it is, again it would be nice to know the tags Decay has so we know which support gems will scale it. Will Empower do anything for it?

Are there any plans to let Contagion carry/proliferate the Decay?

Have you checked to see if you can walk through monsters during silver flask or full frenzy charges?

This post seems to imply the game developers are okay with Phasing being active without a visual effect or buff icon.
