any news on the issue?
I've stopped playing until this is fixed. Trying out Diablo 3 Season 6 in the mean time.

Just picked this up on my 2H RT Flicker Slayer today and started having the same issues.

- Windows 10 Home Edition (64 bit)
- NVidia GTX 980m
- Intel® Core i7 4720HQ (2.6 GHz not overclocked)
- 16 GB DDR3L SDRAM
- SATA SSD

Doesn't appear to be a framerate issue necessarily. The entire game seems to hitch very briefly - the larger the pack, the more/longer hitches I get. I was streaming when I picked up the node and noticed this start happening. Not sure if it occurs when I'm not streaming as I haven't played with it off stream.

Bug is still there, and it literally screwed up my 1000 rampage run.
It's so hard to run super large packs with sea witches with a shrine.
A lot of throne damage like running into those little fuckers that shoots out a spike nova when they die.

Before I can run into them hit flask and run into the next pack after I picked up headsman I run into them get frozen and cant hit flask because it literally freezes your screen to 0fps 100% total stand still for a second like a lag spike.

The larger the pack you run into the longer the freeze.

Please fix this GGG, and clueless whiteknights that wants people to buy a better cpu and ISP please stay out.

It's literally like playing with every single monsters having a buff on them that says "freeze your game client for 0.05 second when damaged, can stack from multiple monsters hit, up to unlimited stack".
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

For those not experiencing it - are you running auras? If not, put one on and see if it makes a difference for you. Maybe having to reassess aura AoE on the fly is causing it?

There was some talk a little while ago that Blasphemy curses were causing issues stemming from the fact that Blasphemy had to calculate a ton of variables quickly and repeatedly.

I have not experienced this on my one toon that has Headsman. And I do run a blasphemied aura as well. At most, I may see a hiccup or two with that toon going after a large pack, but he's also a Shield charger and it's nothing like what's been described here.

I don't have Blasphemy on, but I do have Hatred. Also Arctic Armour and Herald of Ash, but those aren't technically auras anyway.

Is there any intention to fix this? I realize there are many demands on your time, GGG, but an update would be very courteous.
