Any reason we don't just link temp/enfeeble to orb or storms and use vaal disc with the extra blue spot?

Orb has a limited range and needs to be cast manually. So then you'd be treating all trash like endgame bosses - too much work and it slows you down.

And with the current build you should have an extra blue socket anyways.
How is Mastermind of Discord going to do anything if you're never casting any lightning spells?

Orb of Storms

And does Ball Lightning trigger it too?

No. Anything that triggers "if you've used xxxxx" requires using it manually.
Are there any legacy uniques to look for for this build in the next league?

Nothing major. Legacy Astramentis had the implicit mod going up to 20 stats. Legacy Perandus Signet had 3% Int bonus and 3% xp bonus. Of course, to be worth using the legacy Perandus you need a +1 curse Astra (so its implicit doesn't matter then).

There is a passive (ghost reaver I think) that applies life leech to ES.
Noob question (that I'm almost too embarrassed to ask):

Icestorm stacks with itself right? Even if you cast it again before the last one ends?

Longer spell duration = more damage, correct?

I know the answer must be 'yes', but I had to ask :)
