Fully agree. Adds more "Waste of Time" and "Frustration" skill effects as a bonus ;-)
lab is boredom, a forced one too..

lets say, GGG should force players to run lab to pick a notebale keynode in the tree.

"Eldritch Battery" or "Chaos Innoculation" keynodes in the tree should be gated behind lab too, or some other key/switch/trap content.

why not?
think about it, that would be fantastic.

since most of players enjoy lab it seems, and others, well nvm them

This is an amazing idea that will get lost in all the bitching of this thread.
Love the whole having endgame content to work towards, the enchantment farming might be a little too draining. but prophecy chains + endgame lab i'm hyped!

The first quote is about all labyrinths i guess. How many extra rewards are you going to put inside the labyrinth? At the moment we have keys + chests, ascendancy points, enchants, lab only uniques, side area chests, shrines and the unique jewels. When you will realise that people hate the labyrinth cause it sucks the fun out of them? Its a simple matter of having fun or not, and people (even those who like the different playstyle of the lab and the lab farmers) just find it annoyinh/boring/tedious/unfun/frustrating etc. Seriously GGG cant be so blind to all that critisism.

I understand that the plan for a 4th/endgame Labyrinth was in your original plans and was already designed and paid for, but all clues about how bad the labyrinth was received are out there. Look at feedback, on youtube videos, twitch chats, reddit, fuck even in this annountment post people are hating the choices. You cant be SO thick and stubborn. There are many different solutions to the many different issues with the labyrinth, please consider some of them.

And for a moment lets completely defy reality and assume that indeed there is only a very small part of the community that dislikes the labyrinth and we are just being vocal. Why there is literally NO DATA revealed on labyrinth numbers? You know like the one from the second week of ascendancy that was released a while ago and showed how little people actually cared about labyrinth. Or you are afraid it is a bad marketing move to show how bad your project is actually going? If you are indeed as proud as Chris claimed on the podcast about the labyrinth why not show us numbers that justify your stance?

Not looking forward to this at all.No solution in sight to the hybrid es+life builds-my first character in perandus was a low-life witch and let me tell you I didnt enter the lab at all after geting my points from merciless izaro.
The new trap looks insanely rippy if it's mixed in combos with other trap types and then we have a higher level izaro-how hard will he hit? can i expect crematorium boss level of damage?will he have his new toys with him in final room?and how many players will rip especialy in hc to 1shot mechanics from him?

meh that's averaging out to 4.9. Now we add the fact that haters of the lab will most likely vote for 1 while people that like the lab will probably rate it a 7 to 8. Because let's face it. Even if you really like the lab you can't give a 10 since it obviously has it's issues.

All this vote is telling us is that the lab is controversial. So good job vote we already knew that.

Because the enchant grind is absolutely terrible. And you gain very little grinding for that one helm enchant you need along the way. 95% of people get REALLY lucky or give up and save to buy one they need/go without one.

I'm all for RNG but 1/300 chance in getting what you need running something is absolutely ridiculous. At Least cut it in half and have the system know if you need an attack one or a spell one. RNG is fine but this is way overboard.

I don't ever remember complaining about much in this game. I usually take it in stride because its the best F2P model/game that has ever and probably will ever exist. But the helm enchant grind in Lab is too much.

You can argue that you don't "Need" it. But the best enchants are crazy powerful. Too powerful. They should just nerf them down to a decent level and make them much easier to obtain. Grinding is fine but repeating a Lab over and over again for a .33% chance of getting what your after is more than a bit much. Especially when you get little to no experience after 80 and risk death in HC everytime you step into lab. The next stutter or frame drop or mini freeze the servers are known for could be on top of a trap and you're just dead.
