Maybe, the problem there is that it requires the tree to be changed in the areas where you have passives allocated to force a reset on you, if it doesn't then the passives stay alocated and you are given the option to reset.

You may also have the problem that if you have enough stats on gear usable when no skill points are added the it's will still be equipped.

This bug made me smile though, reminds me of the days when reservations could kill you
