I would also add Sin's Rebirth Stibnite Flask to the pool of flasks rather interesting for the build. It would give you a bit less burst damage (2/3) than Atziri's, but longer duration and smoke definetely compensate for it. If you have the budjet, you can use it instead of Atziri's or as the 4th dmg flask + 1 life flask.

You Lioneye's Glare roll is kinda mediocre. Try buy 355+ dps one. Perfect roll is 361 dps, but I never seen perfect roll in poe.trade in past 4 leagues.

Make your weapon elemental damage support gem 20q.

Buy better rolled Drillneck, it's not expensive if you buy perfect corrupted roll. Use this type of search :

Perfect one will have 12% attack speed and 14-24 added physical dmg.

Top corrupted implict doesn't meter, but 0.2% of Fire Damage Leeched as Life adds little nice extra leech for your totems.

Change gloves. You need 16% attack speed for best result with some added physical on top. Gripped gloves are bad, when you get uber lab enchant on it that projectiles damage will be erased. And "Commendant of spite" form uber lab is much, much better then 18% projectiles damage.

Use GCP + 20lvl gem vendor recipe to get 1lvl and 20q Herald of Ash, 1 lvl 20q is better than 20lvl 0q, and you can just level it slowly after to 20 lvl 20q.

Get enlighten gem for auras, at lvl 2 it will help with mana problems.
Unlink you gloves, for mana cost it's better when lighning golem and blink arrow are separated. Use Vorici crafting station and single fusing for it.

That poachers aim jewel you using is very weak because piercing is capped 100% with siege ballista gem and you don't have any extra profits from it. Swap it for rare good jewel.

I would also add, that your 30k dps is not the biggest issue here - it should be enough to clear most content. A more disturbing thing is your 4.8k hp pool. On level 90 you want to run t12+ maps and survive - or you might never reach 91. Raise your hp pool at least to 5-5.2k, I would also mind swapping the bow to a good roll 5L, dropping the 6L chest to get an unlinked Kintsugi - well if you really notice that you die too much.
