Of course, none of that really helps with power charges but I tried self-casting the PCoC setup and that sucks. I haven't tried running both marks at the same time but I can't imagine that having full power charge up-time would be better clear speed than using vulnerability and I'm too lazy to try and figure out which would be more optimal. Sounds good, if you got a non conversion vinktars, run BV with phys to lightning, the leech you get from that is insane. Powercharges would obviosuly boost clearspeed a bit, but i never had clearspeed problems, because the dmg with BV and the flasks is more than enough. At best, it provides decent leech (no PtL gem) you cant get by other means. At worst, it does nothing (with PtL gem). This is one of the most broken builds you can play atm. Played this build up to lvl 91 and did all the guardian maps i could find, didnt try shaper because i just do not like the fight and didnt get all the guardian maps.
