It's not the best build for doing uber lab or super hard bosses. It's a farm build. As he states in his post, if your goal is to farm bosses/uber lab go BV instead.

You should try and get a Diamond ring instead of your iron ring. 30% crit helps. Buy an 84 hubris with +3 spark proj. and chaos spam it till u get ok results.

Luckily for you, most of the gear can be used on the BV build, so you can basically have 2 builds using almost same gear. Shavs, shields, dagger, gloves, jewelry, helmet etc. All swapable.

Theres a few ghetto ways of generating PC without skys, my personal preference is using a:

PCOC + orb of storms + (your choice, I use increased crit strikes while my gear is bad) setup,

in the place of the shield charge culling strikes setup, and use a heartbreaker unique weaponswap for culling, or you could have the shield charge setup in the swap if you prefer.




But yea, basically every build i need ghetto pCharges for, I run an orb of storms+pcoc+inc crit strikes and it does the job for the low end farming.

u sayd no boss killer but can it atleast run decently t15 maps and kill bosses core and stuff? t11-15?
