Pretty straightforward and simple, really. You don't need to distinguish between active and support gems, you can simply use the class "Gems". You also don't need to separate your RGB items into rarity. I see that the border color for them is the same, so what you could do is to just add one block that filters RGB linked items and add the border color and leave the rest blank. This will catch all of them, no matter what rarity, so long as you put it on top of whatever you wish it to overwrite.
I don't otherwise know what your goal is with your filter. It looks fine, it's very generic and doesn't filter a lot of specific things, but that's fine for some. One thing I can see is that you're not filtering belts specifically. Not sure if that is intentional. IGN: Vexivian

" Belts in general. Since they go into the accessory category like Amulets and Rings do I thought you might want to add Belts, as well. IGN: Vexivian

There are lots of others things you may want to add. Some of which are high item level crafting bases and you could add tiers to your already existing categories. This would make your filter become more in-depth and more useful overall. Though I am not sure whether you were looking for a more in-depth filter. :)

In that case you could check out mine and or Neversink's filter for ideas. His is more detailed but also more complicated than mine.
You can look into item bases and highlight them based on required level. Higher required level usually means better bases. There are some bases like Astral Plates and Hubris Circlets that are generally good because they are top-tier bases. If you get your hands on those with high item level then those are good for crafting. You can separate flasks based on quality, same with gems. You can add Divination card categories based on which of them are good and rare drops. You can separate maps into tiers. :) IGN: Vexivian

Yes you can. Neversink has his own forum post which you can easily find googling it. Mine is linked in my signature. :)
