Yeah. It can be a bit stressful until then and you have to go in/out a lot. Atleast that's what I did until I could facetank.

Flasks like Atziri's Promise help a little bit until you get Vinktars but you won't get it now either.

Go with wands, you don't have enough attackspeed to really use WB anyway.
Lifesprig and Eclipse Solaris. Then try to buy some rare dagger with spell damage and crit chance for spells until you get Divinarius or a better rare.

You can also try to hit a good essence. The spell dmg essence is really helpful.

What I'm curious about, are there some macros that are allow which makes the life easier by keeping everything up?

Like for example, pressing a button once that then activates potion 1,2,3,4?
I just know that you can do stuff like that in WoW... no idea if it's legally possible in PoE?

Sometimes I just spam the buttons like an ape to keep everything up. :D

You will want to get a gaming mouse with extra programmable buttons for this build. Something like A4's X7 family, or something similar.

Just vaaled this should I sell, or use it later on when I get charges? I guess loosing too may flask mods over a crafted.

Sell it. Rare one with flask effect duration is just way better.

edit: Or The Magnate if you really need the charge generation.

Not worth it imho. Even with Magnate you'll have some problems gaining enough Vinktar charges. (Not Sure if Master Surgeon is still bugged or not, though)

Rumi's a thousand times over, unless you're rich. Vinktar is super expensive this early in the league, and Rumi's makes it so you practically take zero damage while mapping. Add a Lazwhar or Rainbowstride or something to get some nice spell block too.

I assume you're talking about Controlled Destruction? It doesn't erase crits, it just eats up 100 of our increased crit chance. This can be countered with some crit chance on gear, or a couple of crit nodes. The MORE damage on the gem is worth the ultimately small decrease in overall crits.
