Not really, no. You should focus on the fundamentals and move to this build when you're more solid at the game. This build relies entirely on flask management to not die immediately.

I already played many chars, but no one of them used a flask based build. Can i still play this build? i'm going softcore anyway

OP, I don't think you need two duration node clusters to maintain 20 stacks of BV, do you?

Also, I suggest using Increased critical strikes rather than added chaos damage to replace faster casting. It gives better damage imo.

Well it's not needed at all, it just makes so you don't have to cast as often which results in you being able to be on the move more. The more we move the faster we clear! It's only 3 points and personally i think it's worth it for now, but I might respec out of it. I'll be sure to update if i do (:
