the best way is don't level it until OP fix it, for atlas this build suck/ isincomplete due to nerf to bladevortex.

You can definitely still level this. BV is broken as shit for leveling now, and will be one of the best leveling skills in the game. There are definitely still open questions about mana/MoM etc, but those are easily tweakable with Regrets once you hit 90.

Stop your salt. Especially for mapping this build will stay really strong.

Did you map with 50 Stacks? Hope not.
Blindly pushing flasks every two seconds? Hope not.

As Mrmorph stated before - there are a still a few tweaks to make regarding MoM(Me personally gonna go CI in Atlas), Gems (Faster Casting still required?) and a few Skillpoints.

Edit: Glick to fast :D

This build is like reverse Bladefall Mine. Clears trash mobs ultra fast, will be fastest map build in my opinion but will struggle against T15+ bosses but not that much.

I really don't think you're going to struggle against T15+ bosses, lol. If you're worried about sustain while your Vinktar's is down, ditch Clear Mind and MoM and throw in Blasphemy + Warlord's Mark.
my prefer build got nerfed so hard i'm salty how much i want Kappa ? do your business.

Now, i just ask the OP to try to fix this build in the best way he can cause i really like it and don't want to change that much, cause also i bought some IIQ items that's works perfectly with this build and not with others build... i don't think you can address me as a salty guy for asking for a fix of the build OR for sayng to new players to WAIT before level this build cause we DON'T KNOW if it will very strong like before, after the nerf, instead you should thank me to telling him the truth.

Stop being lazy and figure it out for yourself. You play on the default Standard league, you have tons of resources to experiment.

If you can't get off your salt-filled lazy butt to experiment a bit yourself, then you're going to have to wait a week or two. Nobody is 100% sure what the best way to go is now. The rest of us will discuss and experiment and figure it out for you. However, you need to stop filling the thread with salt so that we can actually do that.

If you want a hint to start learning, here's my initial plan:

Run the same build without MoM. Drop the 3 mana nodes near Scion. Run Hatred + Warlord's Mark (on Blasphemy) for sustain. For tougher bosses, maybe sub in Atziri's Promise for some extra leech. I'll be linking Increased Critical Strikes instead of Faster Casting initially to see how that performs for flask generation.

Super late game (if I live that long while experimenting in EHC) I'll be transitioning to CI. You'll need a method to deal with Stun to go CI safely, and ideally 10k ES or so. Eye of Chayula is ok, even better if you can +1 curse it and run dual curses. Skyforth's obviously ideal if you're playing Standard and can get your hands on them. Make sure you roll a Thawing suffix on one of your flasks.

As for theorycrafting: I was thinking alike - with me playing softcore I might switch to CI earlier as you.
Maybe you can help me with some theoritical questions I can't answer as I am still working :(

1. Did you consider going hybrid until you switch to CI ? Lifebased without any extra defenese aside flasks seems a bit scary even for me. Extra ES would add some more lifepool.

2. Maybe stupid, but I never played BV before: Why Blasphemy over a Warlord's Mark/COH/BV-Setup? BV-Setup not reliable enough? With the Blasphemy I would lose my PCOC and Icebite&Herald of Ice.
(Or maybe Icebite and PCOC on the BV-Setup and just skip Herald of Ice? - OMG I need to test stuffs)

Edit 3.: Did you consider Nature's Boon over Veteran Bowyer? Could substain a lot better with some extra def. You lose the extra dmg though. Not sure how valuable that is.

Hybrid is definitely workable. With a build that plays in melee range, you'd probably want to Ghost Reaver though, since you won't be able to regen your ES on bosses otherwise, unless you want to run Vaal Disc.

BV + CoH + Warlord's works fine. In that case a PCOC aura setup using a Herald is great. The Herald doesn't give you as much on boss kills though, aside from a bit more DPS.

I'm on the fence about Nature's vs Veteran. Nature's is pretty interesting in that it lets you sustain Vinktar's with some RNG. Going to wait to see how tough the T16 bosses are before deciding.

I'm on the same boat, and I went ahead and looked at the trees of a lot of high lvl CI Pathfinders, came with this "common" tree for most of them:

http://poeurl.com/Kdo

(There's still a lot of room to add more Jewel/AoE/Duration/Damage/Defense nodes as I see fit in the future, but all of them had this in common)

The big problem with going CI is that you will want to run Disc. In that case, Disc+Hatred will murder your mana. I was thinking about grabbing the Charisma cluster (12% reduced reserve mana), that will leave me with 75%, using a blasphemy too would be crazy (You can do it if you have a high lvl Enlighten and Skyforths... not gonna happen for me), so yeah, can't see when you can justify running blasphemy (except, again, very very high end)

Edit: this is my end-game gem plan:
