[2.4 VIDEO] #1 Pathfinder PHC - Blade Vortex flask build. Uber atziri video. Easy lvling

For my personal version of this build I will be picking up heartseeker + herbalism nodes from ranger side and on the way get acro+phase acro instead of templar or shadow area. Alongside vaal grace I will be sitting at 70+ dodge. Maybe its overkill defenses then but for HC there's never enough defenses :D

That'll reduce your armor by 50% and block by 30% and you'll get a shit ton of both from Rumi's. If you look at stat pics in OP, he has 8k armor and 67%/54% block.

Any decisions about Master Alchemist?
the new unique armour The Beast Fur Shawl is an excellent alternative to carcass in case you go to ES.

seems that will be hard to get, like shavronne's or lighitning coil.

ara va de bo, que de bo va!

You really want to give up 10% more damage and on-hit poison as well as chaos resist for two relevant suffixes? You already shock and chill (freeze if crit) as it stands.

WTF...what an ugly thing, in both use and appearance. It's basically a worse carcass jack for an ES pathfinder.

Here's why:

Gloves: you want facebreakers, since you don't get a lot of crit multi. Facebreakers are huge for damage.

Belt: you need strength and flask mods on belt (aka 20% increased duration + 20% reduced charges used), since you want a rustic sash for damage. A "BiS" will look like this: t1 ES, t1 strength, 20% reduced charges, 20% flask duration. No resists. Or a corrupted magnate for radius.

Boots: Skyforth, there is no debate. If not, lioneye's paws and you move with whirling blades.

Neck: crit chance + crit multi are both suffixes. You're not getting much in the way of resists here if you're using a rare, and stone of lazhwar has none, either.

Shield: you need resists here, along with spell crit, AND 500 ES. Yes, it'll cost a fortune, and no, it won't get you enough.

Rings: both needed for mana regen + resists. Even with godlike resists on both, the mana regen mod is a suffix, so it's competing with a resist slot.

Dagger: crit chance for spells, crit multi, attack speed, and mana regen are all suffixes.

Helmet: again, another resist slot, but for instance, if you look at my character's gear (BlueSkyGoddess), she's barely overcapped for red ele weakness, and even needs one jewel to get there, and I'm using absolutely lights out gear.

Moral of the story? Not for this build. Most likely will find use somewhere (where you don't need flask mods on belt, crit, or spell block), but IMO it's a trap for pathfinders.

Edit: one other thing--area damage (carcass jack) double dips on poison (which is why conc effect is so amazing, among other reasons). Spell damage doesn't.

It would actually be very sick yeah! Good for ES for sure

With flask - sure you have... But I'm not sure what i will get faster - 8 points, or the Vessel. Immune to status ailments and 20% chance to shock still sounds pretty nice for me.

Hey Guys!

im still planning my first build in the upcoming season.

first i was thinking about rolling a CoC Physspells ( Bladefall + EK or Bladefall + Poison ) Trickster.
but i loved my bladevortex charakter last season also, so im thinking about rerolling it again.
(it was a lowlife shadow with shav's)

do you guys think i can start the new league as a pathfinder blade vortex?
i wonder how i can get the gems effeciant since blade vortex cant be bought by an ranger and its a marveil quest reward for shadows. does this mean i hae to level a shadow till i get the vortex gem?

or could i go for bladevortex assassin/trickster instead of pathfinder?

im not sure about the dmg i get in early levels without good/twink gear since i dont get any dmg nodes in the beginning as a ranger.

so any help in terms of starting with this build would be highly appreciated!
Thanks :-)

edit: sry for my english, hopefully u guys can understand it :-D
