Im using BV, added fire, faster casting, spell echo, crit chance and crit damage.

1)4 staffs, that is it? how good gear needed for clear vinktars? im have some decent essence drain char, so may be he can clear it. and map is a gamble - cheap vinktar 80-90 chaos, maps 130-140 chaos.

2)so any vinktar -> rumi -> taste -> conv vinktar -> gear.
and im like quicksilver flask, whirling not so comfort. but at late may be im just need another flask in quicksilver slot(

3) do i need shock remove, if im run alchemist ascendacy?

4) im dont level with conc, its just from boss fight. im use aoe in this slot, you can see that gem in my wand.
so if im have cheap vinktar im need next link: BV-fire-phys to lightning-spell echo-controlled-crit chance? without aoe?
