nice build
Pity that deadly infusion nerfed in 2.3, no longer add base crit
Only way to proc efficiently now is Windripper + accuracy on rings / amulet?

is it really? looks like just a different wording to me

But why change the wording while there's no confusion about it

Well, you are right about the confusion, but +0.5% crit chance that is not base crit chance is just too pathetic to believe.

Where did you learn this information? I have checked reddit, forums and did a quick search, but it still seems not nerfed.

If you are an alpha supporter or something and get the news a bit before other people, can you share at least where you obtained your info from?

If it is nerfed by the way, the way to go seems to be windripper + increased critical strikes gem yes.

I'm just a casual player, noticed GGG removed the word "base" from deadly infusion's description
https://www.pathofexile.com/ascendancy/classes/Assassin

meaning add flat crit to overall crit instead to basal crit? or am I just being too paranoid

Well they also added the keyword "support" to all the support gems when they have been that way for 3 years without "support" keyword. No one had trouble understanding that before, but they change stuff around.

I will ask about this in reddit and try to get developer attention if possible. But probably its paranoia.

Edit: No need to ask anyone and waste their time. It is not nerfed.

Wording is the same in the current live game version. It probably got changed before release as there was no need for the word "base" anyway.

Here's my in-game passive tree screenshot

Patch notes announced, we can continue playing the build with more power in 2.3.

Happy panda!
I have a Question now before 2.3 Releases and goes live for play.

I have been using during my "Test character" for 2.3 used the recommended
"My Level 92 Tree with socketed gems (optimized to the teeth)" SKILL tree.

But when i reach level 100, Do i HAVE to swap to the "Skill tree for complete build (Level 100)"
SKILL TREE?

- What would happen to my Dps if i stayed with your 92+ Skill tree at level 100,
Compared to the changes you've done for the Level 100 Skill tree?

How much would the DPS Suffer >> Improved based on the changes of skills?
- What would i lose as Endu/PowC/Frenzy ??
(Did i miss anything) ?
Those whos the shyest are normaly the strongest, when time demands it they will step up and save the people from the end.
- The blindest are those who think they above others and tries to control it.
Well the trees need some editing in general but:

My 92 tree and softcore 100 tree are on the same track.

Softcore 100 tree assumes you get some attack speed from jewels and swaps the attack speed nodes at shadow to phys and chaos damage. Other than that, it grabs 2 6% life and 1 5% life points and flask effect/duration nodes. Finally it gets 25% spell damage from templar. You are free to chose your own path from 92 onwards, I have chosen this path.

It basically optimizes the build a bit further with the gained levels and pushes for 7k HP + better flasks and more damage.
Hi there!

Firstly: thank you Mothren for sharing this build and for maintaining the topic :)

I'm glad i found it - for last four months i was playing LA + Voltaxic, i even planned to play in 2.3 the same build ( with tweaks to prevent insta-deaths from reflect ) - but in the meantime i was searching for similiar bow build with great clearspeed and kinda reflect-immune. So here i am :)

After reading all 17 pages i'm sure your build will be my first char in Prophecy - really congrats on finding a way to be reflect-immune and how to deal with bosses.

I got used to blink/mirrow arrow - and it was my only movement skill ( besides 49% MS ) - so tactic with hit + blink is well known to me.

I can also confirm, that the 'wording' was changed way before it started to be our concern.

Thank you once more for sharing this build - and i strongly recommend reading all pages - there are answers for all questions! :)

Best regards,
S.
Very nice build :)
