I dont agree on this, Controlled Destruction is HUGE dps boost for me. The crit loss is not that big.

I cant decide what auras to use, Im using atm anger and clarity and i wonder if its even possible to run all 3 (I have enlighten only lvl 2 ).

Shame all 3 have different colors so i cant really swap them and test :/ Dont wanna recollor every few maps.

the thing is, increased area of effect will help you a lot more while mapping and concentrated effect is better for bosses, so why even bother using controlled destruction unless you really miss damage, which should not be the case at all


edit: oh and another solution for our mana problem could be rallying cry. replaces GMP for me (which i find absolutely underwhelming), also adds a nice chunk of dps and lasts up to 15 seconds with increased duration

How's the survivability with tabula ?...I have normal tabula not +1.

Is anyone else actually playing this in HC?

Looked at a lot of profiles to see some inspiration and check what some people do different, but everyone's always in (Perandus)SC.

Think I'll start going with a 5L Carcass now. 6L is very nice, but the survivability from Carcass, the huge aoe range bonus and the bit of +area damage should do me well here in hardcore until I can afford to 6L.

You take a loss of some clear speed, a bit of life, and a bit of resists going with Tabula.

Although Carcass Jack is preferable, it's perfectly viable to use Tabula.

I found a heretic's veil with 20% ice trap cooldown reduction. If you decide to go the multi-curse route for defenses, it's definitely nice for the rapid sustained trapping.

i don't own a 6l carcass. so i took your advice with tabula

Do you think the additional trap from a cheap construction gem is worth losing another gem?
