I'm probably going to switch to Increased AOE for map-clearing once I get a 21/20 Ice Trap.
sorry for noob question but why do you go for crit nodes in tree when controlled destrouction reduces crit chance?

It's all about what, in the end, gives you more DPS.

In spite of the loss of crit using Controlled Destruction, the "more" damange multiplier more than makes up.

However, check your DPS stats - once you get enough crit, dropping Controlled Destruction instead of Void Manipulation may be worthwhile.

This build destroys contend even with Tabula Rasa. But each to their own.
Im destroying content with 5L carcass and Im atm underleveled lol.

the thing is, i don't want to use mana pots. at least not every 3 traps..

so clearly i need to find another solution, either elreon stuff, or high regen mana stuff, or take some mana nodes in the tree, idk.

even thought of doing this build with blood magic ?

Will eventually change temp chains into increased duration (when I go blasphemy). I'm not super sure about phase run though to be honest. First of all it eats up any frenzy charges I have, second I only move about with whirling blades, so how much does that extra movement speed really help me in the end? And the damage buff you get from using a skill during doesn't apply to the traps since it's physical, so eh.

Having a lot of fun with the build so far, even at only lvl ~60. Already enjoying it a lot, first trapper I play actually.
