[2.6] life Mjolner done right by Rico - Berserker version
" Slayer is in a bad starting position for this build. It may work as pure life but with far less dmg. And as far as pure life goes I think crit Inquisitor is the only solid choice right now. I've been testing it for couple of days and will test it further (life based Inquisitor). DPS is slightly higher that this EB/MOM Berserker but it has less EHP. Will def roll this as my next toon. What do you think about jugg? I always want to make a jugg with 1h and a shield.

This EB/MoM version will work only with berserker. Because of its 1% global leech and 40% more dmg. Jugg can be done as pure life with 4/6+ charges, so less ehp and it will do less dmg overall as 25% chance to gain max endu charges isnt much. With 50% chance that would be another thing.
EDIT: However Jugg can still work decently. Gear and gems exactly the same, however one change: I would go Jugg with Grace as theres lots of armor bonus on him and that drops arctic armor / blasphemy so we can use Cast when damage taken - Ele weakness - Increased duration chain possibly without Immortal Call to have that lower ress on enemies going and preserve those endurance charges for Discharge and Kingsguard at the same time. One last thing: Unstoppable vs Undeniable depends on your Kingsguard. If you have 6link take Unstoppable as you can just use Additional Accuracy and support skills on mana with +2 mana gained on hit jevel. EDIT2: In comparision to this EB/MoM Berserker version: + constant 40% more dmg vs 25% chance to blast with 8 endurance charges + 25% chance to heal via Kingsguard with 8 endurance charges + Grace with 184% armor increase vs Arctic Armor / Enfeeble + similar spell/ele/lightning/fire dmg increase numbers + similar accuracy values + similar Mobility if you take Unstoppable + 6.3k EHP (included Berserkers 10% increase of dmg taken) vs 5.5k EHP (included Juggs 25% better Fortify) Going off with 8 endurance charges is a 100% more dmg on Discharge, that will happen 25% of the time. So its like 25% more on Discharge and Discharge only. So in terms of Discharge Jugg will be doing around 15% less damage than a Berserker and in terms of Arc: 40% less. It will feel less powerfull but still capable. In terms of physical dmg mitigation Jugg will do much better. However I think it still wont able to tank those big hits (Palace Dominus slam, Maze Vaal slam, Malachai slam etc.). It might be able if adjusted a little bit further in that direction. In terms of mitigating elemental dmg Berserker will do a better job. Unless, once again Jugg will be adjusted in that direction via aura eff nodes. In terms of healing and life sustain - I honestly dont now. Jugg seems better on paper and its obviously better when it comes to life recovery alone. However this EB/MoM works really good in that regard. This need to be tested. So I may actually try Jugg :P EDIT 4: All right I put Juggernaut together and beggining to test it. I've made few adjustments to close the dmg gap and It worked out. Here's a Juggs final passive skill tree: lvl 94 Juggs passive skill tree Final charges being 4/8 (+1 endu from bandits quest, +1 from boots) Now I took Celestial Punishment in the left for 2 reasons: one your Arc will benefit from it greatly, closing a 40% less dmg gap down to 15% less vs Berserker which is more than acceptable; secound: your Discharge will benefit from it as well because as Jugg, going off with 8 endu charges you have great chance to Ignite a boss for enough time to benefit from it, meaning that on bosses that has less than 400k life (Majority of them has around 300k life, Guardians excluded) and that can be ignited it will produce actually higher Discharge DPS than Berserker (10% More). To verify I've run Quay boss DPS check with Jugg and guess what? 27s kill time (Berserker with ele weakness = 28-29s, Inquisitor = 26-28s depending on Blasphemy setup). This is very good. Healing is also very good. It makes it very good uber lab runner doesnt it? ;) Now I will work towards increasing its health pool and than put it in some serious tests vs very hard content. All right lets see...
This is the tree I would use with life based Slayer: lvl 90 Slayer tree It has better pathing, more life, more dmg, more stats. However still I dont know why you want to make Slayer? To support Kingsguard with life leech gem in Mjolner? It will work yes, but Juggernaut with 8 endurance charges has more than enough life sustain and it will be doing WAY more dmg than Slayer. Wanted to ask few things well first one is it possible to do shaper with this (you said its not with low-life one) seccond wouldnt it viable for elemntist too ? i mean %25 pen + %100 ele dmg every 10 sec + buffs from golems like %40 fire dmg + %40 ligh. dmg %40 inc dmg %18 as ? she is near to your tree anyway like 5 nods or less
